In a competitive business environment, fast decision making relies on in-depth data.
Therefore, a Data Warehouse is very important for integrating and analyzing data, one of which
is sales data. In this project we will explain the flow of creating a Data Warehouse
using Pentaho and PostgreSQL for sales data.
Developing a cluster prediction model using historical marketing campaign data helps companies
understand customer personality behavior, target the right audience, and enhance services.
This drives loyalty and transaction growth on the company's platform.
This project begins by developing an ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) to understand the
connections between different tables. Following this, a master table is constructed as the
foundation for building a sales performance dashboard. Subsequently, Tableau is utilized to
design and implement the dashboard showcasing sales performance metrics.
